Airless guns 无气雾化
An Airless gun work essentially as a fluid valve with a nozzle holder in front. The only function of the gun is to simply open and close the material valve. No atomizing air is required.
一把无气喷枪本质上来讲就是一个前端带有喷嘴的流体阀.喷枪的唯一功能就是简单开启和关闭这个流体阀.不需要额外的雾化空气.
The size and shape of the jet can only be altered by changing the nozzle. The diameter of the nozzle bore determines the material flow volume, while the size and geometry of the elliptically shaped nozzle opening determine the height and width of the jet.
喷涂的扇面大小只能通过更换喷嘴来实现. 喷嘴开孔的尺寸决定了喷涂的油漆流量.而喷嘴椭圆型的几何形状和大小决定了喷涂的高度和宽度.
